Description
This four-hour course deals with donative transfers of property.  It includes an overview of community property; intestate succession; wills; inter vivos, testamentary, and charitable trusts; future interests; powers of appointment; the rule against perpetuities; fiduciary administration; and an overview of the federal estate and gift taxes.

This is an introductory survey course.
