Registration Information
This course is restricted to upper division students only.
Description
A survey of the rules governing civil litigation in the Texas state courts. The course will cover pleadings, forum selection, discovery, summary judgment, jury charge, judgments and appeals.
Prerequisite: Federal Civil Procedure. In Spring 2010 there will not be any writing component during the semester. Instead, the grade will be based only upon the final exam.
