Description
The Class will focus primarily - although not exclusively - on the treatment of race under Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Among the topics we will consider is whether the Constitution should be read to permit race-conscious affirmative action.
Prerequisite: Constitutional Law I.
Two credits, graded. Preference in registration is given to 1Ls.
