Description
This course focuses on the process and principles of drafting transactional (i.e., non-litigation) documents; essentially it is a course on drafting and reviewing contracts that might typically be used in a business context. We will look at basic concepts of contract drafting and then expand on those concepts to draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts with special emphasis on the allocation of risk between the parties to the contract.
