Description
This is a 4-hour course covering both the Federal and Texas Rules of Evidence focusing on the application of the rules in litigation. This is practical evidence with a focus on current issues in evidence law. The class uses movie clips, problems and supplementary readings in addition to Wellborn's casebook.
