You must have at least 43 credit hours to register.
Description
This seminar will address selected topics in higher education law. Students will do original research on a subject chosen in consultation with the instructor, write a paper of 30-40 pages, receive reactions to their papers, and submit a revised paper. Initial classes will review background readings that focus on the issues that occupy the time and attention of college and university counsel.
