This course is restricted to upper division students only.
You must have at least 43 credit hours to register.
This seminar will introduce basic principles of finance and will present applications of finance to legal issues. The seminar will cover topics such as time valuation, risk quantification, capital asset pricing model, market efficiency, option valuation, and behavioral finance. Legal issues relating to securities litigation, corporate governance, equity compensation, and business appraisals may be discussed.
