You must have at least 43 credit hours to register.
Description
Class meetings will focus around the discussion of selected topics on Corporations (and other business entities) and Securities Law. Ethical topics for those practicing in the areas will be considered as well. Students will be required to produce a research paper to satisfy the requirements of the seminar. Such papers may focus on any sub-topic in Corporate and Securities Law, including those concerned with non-Corporate business entities such as Partnerships and LLC's.
