What follows is a list of URLs for Web sites that include information on public access issues, or which are public access sites themselves. Most of these, if not all, contain links to other resources, and, in many cases, to each other as well.

Austin Learning Academy and Neighborhood Family Learning Centers

- Neighborhood Family Learning Centers are education, training and community resources located in neighborhoods and a program of the Austin Learning Academy. They offer a well equipped, risk-free environment where learning is fun and is presented as a family affair for all ages. Active participants are given opportunities to improve existing academic, interpersonal and leadership skills. Family Learning Centers are staffed by certified teachers and community educators. The FLCs' staff wants to build strong, self-sufficient families and neighborhoods by providing a multi-service resource center for neighborhoods residents. The mission of the Austin Learning Academy is to provide educational opportunities that will empower individuals to determine and achieve goals for themselves, their families, and their community.
