Curtis Meadows named distinguished UT grad

Curtis W. Meadows, Jr. (B.B.A, 1960; L.L.B., 1962), has been named as one of this year's recipients of the Texas Exes Annual Distinguished Alumnus Award. The 2002 awards will be presented at a ceremony next September to six distinguished UT Austin graduates.

Meadows, who is director emeritus of the Meadows Foundation, has been associated with the LBJ School since 1999. As a senior research fellow, he assumed the Lloyd Bentsen Jr. Chair in Government/Business Relations in 2000 and became interim executive director of the LBJ School's RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service.
