This book presents the results of a conference held at the Lyndon Baines Johnson School of Public Affairs, March 10-11, 2005. The conference explored the complexity and diversity of labor relations among the countries of the Americas, and discussed the construction of a common agenda and strategy that would effectively promote the integration of labor standards throughout the region.
