Municipal Management in Poland

This book contains two research reports written by students who traveled to Poland as part of a research project funded by the U.S. Information Agency, the Ford Foundation, and the National Security Program of the U.S. Army. The first report looks at the public / private partnerships in five Polish cities—Glogow, Krakow, Olsztynek, Tychy, and Zamosc. The second report examines self-financing of municipal enterprises in post-communist Poland and provides a summary of Polish decentralization.
