The panelists were Eva DeLuna Castro, Senior Budget Analyst, Center for Public Policy Priorities; former state representative and current LBJ faculty member Sherri Greenberg, Interim Director, Center for Politics and Governance; Rep. Lois Kolkhorst, Chair, House Committee on Public Health; and Julia Rathgeber, Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the Lt. Governor.
