The Center for Health and Social Policy (CHASP) is a multidisciplinary research center in the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. CHASP was created with generous support from the Sid Richardson Chair in Public Affairs to conduct research, to educate students and practitioners to become future leaders, and to provide a forum for today's foremost policymakers and scholars to debate pressing issues in American health and social policy.
