2009 Winter Break Schedule
Over the Holiday Break—December 22, 2009 until January 4, 2010—the University and the LBJ School will be officially closed. However, students, staff, and faculty with electronic swipe cards will still have access to the building. Should an emergency or problem arise during this time, please utilize the contact information below.

Mail will be picked up and distributed only once during the break (December 30). Regular mail service will resume on January 4, 2010. All fall 2010 masters program admissions materials must be postmarked by January 5, 2010 to meet the application deadline.

OFFICE OF STUDENT & ALUMNI PROGRAMS (OSAP)
OSAP offices will be closed during the Holiday Break. The Admissions Coordinator will remotely monitor email and will attempt to answer time-sensitive questions as quickly as possible.
