Cesar Martinez Espinosa
César Martínez Espinosa received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Instituto
Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an MPAff from the LBJ School of Public Affairs. More recently, he has worked in the areas of geopolitical analysis as the chief analyst for Latin America in the Austin based Strategic Forecasting, Inc. In the doctoral program, his research is focused toward the economic and political integration between Mexico and the United States with a focus on national security. He has also worked on health economics, political consulting and transportation planning issues.
