Hans-Inge Langø holds an MA in International Relations from Boston University. Mr. Langø has previously worked as a junior research fellow at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs, having spent several years researching the strategic implications of cyber security from both a national and international perspective. He also has experience working on various U.S. foreign policy issues in Washington, D.C., including providing analysis of defense spending and procurement programs to the Sustainable Defense Task Force and the Domenici-Rivlin Debt Reduction Task Force. His current research focuses on war delegation and third-party interventions in conflict.
