Kipyn Miller holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Texas, a master’s degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas, and a bachelor’s degree in Decision and Information Science from the University of Florida. Kipyn has served as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership, focusing on Medicaid and other Texas public healthcare programs policy analysis and implementation. Kipyn also served with Teach for America, working with children with disabilities in a low socioeconomic area of Houston. Currently, Kipyn is an LBJ School Doctoral Fellow, focusing on public health and social policy Research interests include public health and social policy and education inequalities.
