Organizational Development Services

One of the main goals of our office is to improve organizational effectiveness through the development of leaders and organizations. We address our efforts to improve organizational effectiveness through the delivery of training courses and through a variety of other interventions that collectively can be called organizational development.

Organizational development services and initiatives are based on an understanding that various parts of the organization's structure, systems and people must be aligned and involved if change efforts are to result in enhanced organizational excellence. These services include:

When staff development is identified as a needed part of the systemic change effort, these consulting services often incorporate parts or all of our existing courses such as Strategic Planning and Performance Measurement, Systems Thinking, and Managing Change.

Our organizational development consultants have provided in-house facilitation, consulting, executive retreats, customized training and other services for over 50 state agencies and universities. References are available upon request.
