Customized Courses
Increasingly, the Center is being asked to deliver our current courses on an in-house basis for a cross-section of an agency's employees or for intact work groups. The Center reserves time to design and deliver such special courses. The Management Development Program and all of the two-day sessions of the Excellence in Leadership Series are available to be scheduled on an in-house basis. Additionally, the Center develops new customized courses and / or customizes some of our existing courses to better meet your agency's specific development needs.
Specialized Topics
The Center can also design and deliver workshops or training sessions on topics that address the unique needs of your organization. These high impact, results-oriented sessions can provide the focus necessary to obtain your identified outcomes.
Presentations / Conferences Services
The Center staff provides content knowledge and expertise in many areas and regularly design and deliver presentations and conference workshops.
Facilitation
Utilizing facilitators from outside your organization can be valuable in helping your group move through complex or sensitive issues. The Center can provide experienced facilitators for your meetings, strategic planning sessions, retreats, and other group processes.
Performance Consulting
Experienced GCMD consultants are available to provide needs assessment, organizational research, and other consulting services. Today's leaders recognize the critical importance of managing for results. The Center's Organizational Development Team is experienced and knowledgeable in organizational systems and can offer a variety of services.
Executive Coaching
Both public and private organizations are recognizing the value of coaching as a tool for developing and enhancing leadership. The Center's team of experienced, certified coaches have been working with leaders at all organizational levels for more than 15 years.
