These reports are written and compiled by a volunteer
steering committee to provide information on specialized topics requested
by the project sponsor. All of the projects above were sponsored by former
State Representative Henry Cuellar, with the exception of the Class XVII
project which was sponsored by former Governor Bush's office. These reports
represent the views of each class as interpreted by the volunteer steering
committee.
