In October, LBJ School Professor Kenneth Flamm (right) organized a roundtable discussion entitled "Managing Nuclear Material after the Cold War." Panelists included UT Vice Chancellor Dale Klein (left), who serves as the executive director and chair of the Amarillo National Research Center; Stephen Schwartz, publisher of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and executive director of the Educational Foundation for Nuclear Science; and Anthony Woltermann, manager of the Applied Technology Division of the Mason & Hanger Corporation Pantex plant.
