Howard Prince and Paul Jack
get teaching excellence awards

Howard Prince, an LBJ School senior lecturer in public affairs, and second-year student Paul Jack were chosen by students to receive Texas Excellence Teaching Awards this spring.

Coordinated by the Texas Exes and the Cabinet of College Councils, the annual awards program promotes quality teaching by recognizing faculty members, teaching assistants, and assistant instructors who have had a positive influence on the educational experience of students.

Prince, who has been at the LBJ School since 1999, also serves as the director of the LBJ School Center for Ethical Leadership. Jack is a teaching assistant in public financial management.
