Thomas E. Woods

Thomas E. Woods is a candidate for a joint masters degree at the University of Texas at Austin, combining a master of public affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School and a master of business administration from the Graduate School of Business. For five years before coming to UT, Tom was a policy analyst for several different organizations in Washington, DC that specialize in child and family services policy. His career and research interests are in the areas of human services policy and telecommunications. Tom received his bachelor's degree in history from Harvard College. Starting in June 1996, Tom will volunteer as a public access location coordinator for Austin FreeNet.
