Ford Fellows Summer 2007

Five Latin American nonprofit organizations received help to enhance their community development efforts this summer from thirteen students from the LBJ School of Public Affairs (LBJ), Red McCombs School of Business (McCombs), the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies (LLILAS) and Community and Regional Planning (CRP).

The students served as fellows in the Ford Motor Company Social Enterprise program. Working in teams, the Ford Fellows provided management consulting services to assist executive managers on issues of strategy, marketing, finance, human resources, and sustainability for their organizations.
