All nonprofit organizations benefit from sound strategy and good execution. RGK Center executive programs are an opportunity to learn from expert UT faculty how to think about your work in new and productive ways. Programs focus on engaging discussions of case studies with your nonprofit colleagues about real-world leaders trying to solve tough management problems. Individual sessions provide practical frameworks and strategy tools to implement within your own mission-driven work.
Program instructors are faculty of the LBJ School of Public Affairs, the College of Communication and the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.
