Access in Austin

Our research describes and evaluates how public access has evolved in Austin over the last six years. In effect, it assesses community technology centers and also the broader structure behind them - what has been called the Austin Access Model (AAM).

This section is in progress, as we synthesize our early background research with what we have learned from interacting with people in various communities and CTCs in Austin.

Spotlight on Austin Free-Net: A Major Player in Austin Public Access

Austin Neighborhoods: Profiles of the neighborhoods our CTCs have been working in.
