Topics for these policy seminars have included environmental and natural resources policy, health-service delivery policy, social welfare policy, transportation policy, science and technology policy, international affairs, national security, urban and regional growth policy, and political campaigns.
Section Description
This course will review the literature regarding fundraising and apply knowledge to a higher education setting. We will examine theory and practice of fundraising in the profession. Class topics will cover basic theory and practice of fundraising including data mining, donor identification and cultivation, marketing and ethics within the profession, and identify future trends in the profession. Readings will examine practical applications as well as current news in the profession
