Description: This Policy Research Project will explore alternatives to provide Medicare coverage to persons who choose to retire to Mexico. It will build on several earlier PRPs that examined this problem and will have the goal of developing a research and demonstration waiver application for use by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to do an experiment along those lines.
