Cross-Border Environmental Management Conference: Scrap Tires and Used Oil

The conference will feature simultaneous translation of Spanish-English and English-Spanish, so talks can be given in either language. If you are able to send your power point slides to Lori O'Neal (oneal@mail.utexas.edu) prior to February 14, we will try to translate the text into Spanish or English so both languages are available. Please note the deadline date of February 14.
Are you interested in having your research published in a proceedings (book) publication to accompany the 2007 Cross Border Environmental Management Conference? Such a publication would provide participants with useful information on managing scrap tires and used oil. Are you willing to submit a journal-quality article for such a publication?
Articles may be of any length, between 4 and 20 pages, following a "standard" format. Articles may be submitted in English or Spanish. In order to standardize the format, we will use the American Society for Civil Engineers (ASCE) guidelines. Please refer to your conference invitation packet for the ASCE guidelines.
