On Monday, October 22, 2007 the Center for International Energy and Environmental Policy hosted David Sandalow, Senior Fellow of Foreign Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution and author of Freedom From Oil: How the Next President Can End the United States' Oil Addiction.
The panel took place in the AVAYA Auditorium in the ACES building and over 100 members across the UT and Austin communities were present. Discussion topics included oil dependence, global warming, and the geopolitical impact of current and proposed energy policies. There was a questions/answer session and Mr. Sandalow signed books after the event.
