The Center for Politics and Governance hosted the panel discussion “Understanding the Hispanic Vote in 2008” Wednesday April 9, 2008 Sitting on the panel was Dr. Jason Casellas, Assistant Professor of Government at UT Austin; Rosalind Gold, Senior Director for Policy Research and Advocacy at the NALEO Education Fund; Andy Hernandez, Executive Director of the Wesley Center for Family and Neighborhood Development; and Texas State Representative Richard Raymond.
