Strauss Center for International Security and Law welcomed Health and Human Services Secretary Michael O. Leavitt to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum on Oct. 30 for a conversation titled "From the American People: Health and U.S. Foreign Policy" as part of the Elspeth Rostow Distinguished Lecture Series for Public Policy Leadership.
