To become registered with Longhorn Aquatics, please complete the registration packet below. Also, please be sure you have read and fully understand the Team Handbook.

Longhorn Aquatics Water Polo Registration Form

Registration forms can be dropped off at the Texas Swim Center or faxed to 512-471-0598.  If faxed, credit card information must be completed for the registration payment.  You will receive an email confirmation when your registration has been processed.
