Membership Fees
- The Longhorn Aquatics (TXLA) Yearly Registration fee is $50 if you join September 1 - May 31 and $20 If you join June 1 - August 31. Each September every member on the team is charged the $50 annual registration fee.
- All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming for the calendar year. The fee is $65 a calendar year. New members must either fill out a USA Swimming Athlete Registration form (PDF) or bring a copy of their current USA Swimming Card. Swimmers will not be allowed on deck without proof of registration or having turned a form in to the front desk. Swimmers transferring from another team need to fill out a USA Swimming Transfer form. A $15 club transfer fee is charged to swimmers outside the South Texas LSC. The $65 and/or $15 fees will be charged to member’s account.
- Each new member is required to pay two months of training fees up front. Members who join after the 15th of the month will be prorated one of the months of training. Thereafter members will be invoiced on their account a month in advance for training fees. Training fees are listed below:

Travel Fees for Out of Town Events
The following fees will be charged to member’s account to cover the cost of coach’s out of town travel.
Length of trip is defined as the day of coach’s departure through the day of the coach’s return.

Meet Entry Fees
Meet entry fees are determined by the hosting facility. Participation in meets is at the discretion of the coaches. Parents may contact their coach and the meet director to discuss meet participation. Meet entry fees will be billed to member’s account.
Volunteer Fees
We could not run swimming and diving competitions, operate our TXLA Store, or raise funds without help from our members. In an effort to reward those members who do help the program, we have developed a voucher system where parents, and participants, can earn credit against their voucher bill. Voucher fees for swimmers are assessed in May for Short Course season and in September for Long Course Season. The amount depends on your child’s level of participation. Please see below for levels. Each unfulfilled voucher hour is $12 that will be billed to the swimmer’s account. More information on the volunteer system is available on our registration page or in a registration packet. Volunteer position descriptions are available on our Hosted Meets page or in a registration packet. Parents may sign up for volunteer positions and track their hours at Super Meets.
