More than 2,000 University of Texas students, faculty, staff, and administrators and members of the general public have expressed an opinion on what sculpture of Martin Luther King Jr. they would like to see erected on the East Mall of the UT campus. Their comments followed the public unveiling of the MLK maquettes, or models, at UT last month.
