The Tower at The University of Texas at Austin will shine bright orange for about an hour on Saturday, Nov. 29 and throughout the night on Sunday, Nov. 30 for lighting tests and for filming of a scene for the feature movie'Cheer Up' that is being produced on the university's South Mall area.
