The Lyndon B. Johnson Foundation has named Joe Youngblood as its new executive director, effective Sept. 1. Youngblood has been assistant dean for development and external affairs at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin since 1999, and director of the LBJ Foundation's Institute for the 21st Century since 2003.
