The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has awarded a contract for $4,303,874 to the TRIPS project (Tera-op, Reliable, Intelligently adaptive Processing System) housed in The University of Texas at Austin’s Department of Computer Sciences (UTCS).

Donald King, a member of the custodial services department at The University of Texas at Austin, died of natural causes last night (Monday, Oct. 24) on the university campus, the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office said today.
