Vice President Gregory J. Vincent elected to NADOHE board

AUSTIN, Texas — Dr. Gregory J. Vincent, vice president for diversity and community engagement at The University of Texas at Austin, has been elected to the board of directors of the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE), filling a term through 2012.
Other new board members include Dr. Terri Harris Reed, vice provost of institutional equity and diversity at Princeton University; Dr. Fred Rodriguez, associate vice provost for diversity and equity at the University of Kansas; Dr. Christine Stanley, vice president and associate provost for diversity at Texas A&M University; and Dr. Evadean Myers, vice president of equity, diversity and global outreach at North Dakota State University.
The new members of the board of directors will be installed during the NADOHE annual business meeting on March 8, which will take place in conjunction with the NADOHE annual conference in Washington, D.C.
NADOHE President Glen Jones said, "We are honored to have such a distinguished group of leaders join us in service to NADOHE. Their collective experiences and accomplishments will serve NADOHE well as we continue to lead higher education towards inclusive excellence. We are grateful they have chosen to accept this wonderful opportunity to serve higher education.
