Unique McCombs MBA Scholarship Offered to Entrepreneurs

Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs will provide two scholarships to entrepreneurs to develop startup ventures while pursuing their MBA degrees. The scholarships will be awarded to the winners of a shark-tank-style pitch competition at The University of Texas at Austin on Feb. 15, 2014.

Law Students to Assist Rio Grande Valley’s Undocumented High School and College Students

University of Texas at Austin law students and faculty members will spend part of their winter break as volunteers in the Rio Grande Valley Jan. 7-10, working on projects including free clinics for undocumented high school and college students who may qualify for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
