Information Sessions at the School of Nursing are designed to enhance students’ understanding of nursing as a major at The University of Texas at Austin. The sessions are specific to targeted students but all provide information about degree requirements student services and more. Each session is led by an academic advisor, who then serves as a point-of-contact to answer any additional questions or concerns the students may have.
The School of Nursing Information Session will provide an overview of the BSN program and introduce student services support programs, honors and research opportunities, and nursing study abroad. The session is led by a School of Nursing academic advisor and will be followed by a question and answer period so that future students and parents can gain answers to nursing-specific questions.
**Note: We recommend that you also register for an Admissions-led Prospective Student Session & Tour if you have not already done so.
