To meet the enormous challenges that a Level 3 Emergency can have on the University of Texas at Austin, the School of Nursing has developed its own detailed plans to effectively organize and coordinate volunteer nursing resources toward emergency response and recovery. It also recommends the following minimal training for all potential volunteers.
