    Comparison of Asthma Programs for Schools (CAPS) (Interdisciplinary, Level III Clinical Trial)
    The purpose of this study is to evaluate effectiveness and impact of the academic and counseling asthma education program, Staying Healthy-Asthma Responsible & Prepared™ (SHARP™) compared to a low dose control non-academic program Open Airways for Schools (OAS) in improving cognitive, behavior, and psychosocial outcomes; decreasing severity of illness; improving quality of life; and decreasing use of healthcare services and school absenteeism.

    Comparison of Music DVD and Books-on-Tape Interventions for Adolescent/Young Adults Resilience during Stem Cell Transplant (Multi-Site, Interdisciplinary, Clinical Trial)
    The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a therapeutic music video (TMV) intervention to increase positive coping and decrease illness-related distress, with the longer-range goal to increase resilience and quality of life in adolescents and young adults undergoing stem cell transplant.
