The Family Wellness Center

The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing has established a Family Wellness Center, a primary care facility serving the dual purposes of providing medical care to the uninsured people of Austin and offering a standardized clinical training program for nursing graduate students.

We offer high-quality, primary health-care services to low-income, uninsured people in the area. We also provide routine laboratory screenings and referrals to other specialty services as needed.

The Family Wellness Center is a 3,000 square-foot facility located at 2901 North I.H. 35, Suite #1.300, Austin TX 78722. The Center is centrally located along city bus routes and has ample parking. Inside, the facility is equipped with six exam rooms, reception area, laboratory, and counseling areas.
