The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing is heavily involved in community activies: both on campus and in and around Austin. This section highlights the School of Nursing's relationship with the community health clinics, the city of Austin and the ongoing attempts of School of Nursing faculty and staff to recruit local people into the profession of nursing.
