Foundation Advisory Council

The School of Nursing's Foundation Advisory Council was formed in 1977, and the work of the Council is considered to be a part of the work of the University's Development Board. Membership on the Council is recommended by the Dean and appointed by the President with final approval of the membership delegated by the Board of Regents.

Members of the Foundation Advisory Council share an enthusiasm for the School of Nursing and a commitment to the School's need for private support and serve as a link to the community. The Council meets in Austin each fall and spring, though members are expected to be involved in activities and projects of the Council and the School throughout the year.
