Student Referrals
Faculty may refer students to the Learning Enhancement Services for academic assistance as needed. When making a referral, please ask students to contact the Learning Enhancement Services Coordinator in advance for an appointment. You may choose to complete either the *Prenursing Student Referral form (PDF Format) or the *Student Academic Support Form (PDF Format) for Undergraduate and Alternate Entry Nursing Students as appropriate and ask the student to bring the form to the appointment. Completion of the appropriate form allows you to let me know what you perceive the problem to be and allows me to return confirmation of my meeting with the student.

- Academic or Test-taking Anxiety
- Faculty/Student Interactions
- APA Format
Faculty may also find a need to refer students to services on main campus. You might find Campus Services for Students (PDF Format) file helpful in making appropriate referrals.
