Peer Mentors

Volunteer Position

Peer mentors are experienced students who serve as guides for students in their first semester at UT. Any nursing or prenursing student who is a sophomore or above and in good academic standing is eligible to become a peer mentor. As a peer mentor, you will be required to attend training, participate in the Fall Gathering, and commit to mentoring new students.

Applications are available in the Learning Center each spring for the following academic year. Training is required.
