Dr. Sharon Brown selected as Professor of the Month by the Senate of College Councils

Congratulations to Dr. Sharon Brown, the Joseph H. Blades Centennial Memorial Professor in Nursing, at the UT Austin School of Nursing for being selected as Professor of the Month by the Senate of College Councils.
The award is designed to honor outstanding University of Texas at Austin faculty through council nominations. Each month, one tenure or tenure-track professor is chosen by the Faculty Affairs Committee.
The Professor of the Month is someone who demonstrates outstanding teaching ability and a commitment to their students and the university. The professor is chosen with careful consideration given to the nominee’s character, classroom interactions and personal achievements.
